• Does not pass TFOT, which is critical for aging stability in asphalt

This grade is mainly used in budget-sensitive or low-traffic applications.

Third Grade Bitumen 60/70 (Blended Bitumen)

The third quality is produced by blending two or three different grades of soft, medium, or hard bitumen to reach a 60/70 penetration range.
Characteristics:

• Higher wax content

• Higher viscosity

• Less consistency compared to continuous or batch VB production

• Not recommended for high-quality asphalt roads

Used mostly in low-quality waterproofing, non-structural projects, and markets where price is the main factor.

1. Truck Tanker Delivery (Dual-Layer Tankers)

• Bitumen remains liquid for up to 7 days without reheating

• If the product gets cold, the tanker has a built-in heating coil where flame is injected to re-melt the bitumen

• Ideal for neighboring countries (local or regional delivery)

• Not economical for long-distance destinations

2. Bulk Vessel Supply

We can supply bulk bitumen through:

• Our own vessels, or

• Customer-provided vessels

Bulk is the most cost-effective option for clients who have storage tanks at the destination port.
